Wild Elements provides volunteering and employability opportunities, accredited and non-accredited training programmes, Job Club, CPD and professional mentoring. Volunteers and people undertaking training with Wild Elements have increased their skills, improved their lives, built long-lasting friendships and entered college, university, employment, further training and volunteering. Wild Elements’ training and Job Club are underpinned by the Forest School ethos, which allows people to drive their learning experience through choosing their activities on an individual and group basis to encourage empowerment, compromise and personal decision-making.
Wild Elements can adapt all programmes to suit audiences of every ability as the team are widely experienced outdoor educators and have worked with children, young people, adults and people with special needs in numerous capacities.
