Gardening for Well-being Club

“Gardening adds years to your life and life to your years”

Did you know gardening is able to contribute to the reduction of stress, anxiety and depression, while also increasing the ability to concentrate and engage? Why not join our FREE, drop-in sessions of Gardening for Well-being Club, which gives you time to relax and connect with nature, all while meeting new people!

Learn to grow fruit and veg with hands-on, practical experiences at our free, open to all, drop-in sessions every Tuesday 10am-4pm at Treborth Botanic Garden.
