Wild Elements training caters for all needs, ages and abilities

Wild Elements offers accredited and non-accredited training programmes and CPD. Training programmes are underpinned by the Forest School ethos, which allows people to drive their learning experience through choosing their activities on an individual and group basis to encourage empowerment, compromise and personal decision-making, and build confidence.

All training programmes are hands-on and practical to develop hard and soft skills and provide work experience across several areas, with many courses running consecutively to demonstrate career pathways and increase skills in preferred areas. Accredited training programmes also encourage self-reflection on personal behaviours to identify areas for personal development and inspire positive changes.

Wild Elements’ programmes and fun, somewhat off-the-wall activities are designed to:

• Increase soft skills, e.g. teamworking, confidence, communication, self-esteem
• Improve essential skills, e.g. numeracy, critical thinking, IT, research, and problem-solving

Wild Elements also offers professional mentoring and career advice.

The qualifications Wild Elements provides are accredited by Agored Cymru and range from Entry Level 1 to Level 3 (levels explained).

Training costs vary depending on whether training is accredited, the qualification, number of credits/units, number of trainees, course length and required activities. Please contact us for more information

Wild Elements training programmes are accredited by Agored Cymru through TEC Wales. As a registered Agored Cymru centre, TEC Wales works in partnership with organisations to link their provision to accredited units and qualifications.
